Patrizia K Ingram
Patrizia is a professional artist and watercolorist serving military and civilian population at every duty station She paints daily taking small breaks for teaching watercolor classes in-between her commissions. She discovered her love for watercolors four years ago although she has been painting in oils since childhood. Inspired by the spectacular scenery of of the immediate environment she started painting based on location.
Patrizia currently lives in Amberg, Germany with her husband, an Army officer, and daughter who just started kindergarten. Her work has been featured in multiple exhibitions across Monterey, Salinas, Sacramento (CA) and now Amberg, Germany. Currently you can find her paintings in her own art gallery in downtown Amberg.
Patrizia says about her work "My paintings are a dedication to my love of nature and all the natural specimens you can find around me, no matter what place I currently live. When painting, attention is brought to these unassuming objects in a unique way, always looking to combine the unexpected. My paintings act to reintroduce the wonder found around the nature to focus interest in motifs that are often taken for granted or overlooked and to inspire conservation of the environment."
